A Helping Hand for Paperwork Days

Tidewell was built around one idea: that sorting through pension-related documents should feel manageable, not overwhelming.

Our Story

How Tidewell Came to Be

Tidewell started in Phitsanulok after we noticed something in conversations around the neighbourhood: a lot of people had accumulated years of pension-related papers with no clear system for keeping them straight. Some had moved to Thailand from abroad and were managing documents in a language they were still learning. Others had simply never had anyone sit with them and help bring order to a growing pile.

We are not a financial firm and we do not give advice on decisions. What we do is sit beside people, help them see what they have, label it clearly, and put it somewhere logical. We also run community talks that explain — in plain, everyday English — how pension paperwork tends to be structured in general. Nothing personal, nothing prescriptive. Just shared knowledge in a comfortable setting.

The name Tidewell comes from the idea of steady, consistent water — reliable, calm, and always there. That is the kind of support we try to provide.

Our Mission

What Drives Our Work

Calm Over Complexity

We believe every visit should leave a person feeling clearer, not more confused. Pace and patience matter as much as the result.

Education, Not Prescription

Our community talks share general knowledge freely and openly. We never steer anyone toward specific products or courses of action.

Community First

Phitsanulok is our home. We see the people who come to us as neighbours, not customers, and we act accordingly.

How We Work

Our Standards & Approach

We hold ourselves to a clear set of principles in every visit and every talk we deliver.

Strict Confidentiality

Any documents we handle during a visit are treated with complete discretion. We do not copy, photograph, or retain client materials.

Scope Clarity

We are clear before every session about what we do and do not cover. Organising and general information only — no personal guidance or recommendations.

Punctual & Prepared

We arrive on time with all the materials needed for the session — folders, labels, reference sheets — so no time is wasted getting started.

Open Communication

We encourage questions throughout every session and explain what we are doing and why as we go, so nothing is a mystery.

Follow-Up Available

If something needs revisiting after a session, we are reachable by phone or email and happy to help clarify anything that came up.

Consistent Quality

Whether it is a first visit or the fifth check-in under a yearly plan, the care we bring to the session stays the same.

Pension Document Support in Phitsanulok

Many people living in or around Phitsanulok have accumulated pension-related papers over years or decades — sometimes from multiple countries or periods of employment. When those documents live in a drawer or a box rather than a clear filing structure, it becomes difficult to know what is there, what might be missing, and what should be kept where.

Tidewell addresses that gap. Our help desk visits are focused on one practical outcome: walking away with a tidy, well-labelled set of documents that makes sense at a glance. We provide printed reference sheets to accompany the sorted files, covering general information about common document types and their typical purposes.

Our community talks bring together small groups to share that same general knowledge in a more social, conversational format. They are popular among expats and long-term residents who appreciate hearing the subject discussed openly, in plain English, without any sales agenda attached.

The Yearly Tidy-Up Plan is designed for people who want ongoing support — a way to maintain order through the year rather than letting things pile up again. It includes periodic visits and access to our general information materials as they are refreshed. All services are educational and organisational in nature, with no personal guidance element whatsoever.
